Grace Kong

Grace brings a wealth of diverse HR and business experience to her role as Vice President, Human Resources, Cox Automotive Canada. Over the years, she has gathered experience and exposure to a wide variety of industries that include technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and financial services. Her previous roles include positions with leading progressive and global organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline, Baxter, EMD Serono, Fidelity Investments, and Softchoice Corp.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto; she also has her Certified HR Professional Leader designation (CHRPL). Additionally, she is a Certified Leadership and Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation, who regularly spends time coaching senior executives and managers to assist them in strengthening their capabilities and leadership potential.

With more than twenty years of strategic HR expertise, she is a leader who believes in the importance of cultivating a high-performance environment by empowering employees and encouraging collaboration across all functional business areas. In recognizing that employees are an organization’s most valuable assets, Grace consistently strives to establish inspirational and supportive work environments.
