As the Chief Technology Officer, Alexander Ishankov oversees Cox Automotive Canada’s management of technological needs and drives organizational change by ensuring that all technological strategies and resources are aligned with the company’s vision and working efficiently to support business growth. His role also includes improving the level of consistency across the International markets by collaborating with other global teams to ensure that Cox Automotive Canada’s technology strategy is aligned with the business’ solution sets model. Since joining the team in 2018, he continues to be instrumental in enhancing and strengthening the organization’s I.T. business and teams across Canada.
An experienced leader, Alexander has a strong track record of building and leading high-performance technology teams to support business growth by developing and delivering technology strategies that increase efficiencies and security while keeping a competitive advantage and staying technologically sustainable.
Prior to joining Cox Automotive Canada, Alexander was the Director of Engineering for ACCEDO, Rogers and Bell. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in Moscow, Russia.
