Grace joined the team at Cox Automotive Canada in 2017 and, as the Vice President of Human Resources, has since been applying more than 20 years of strategic Human Resources and Business experience to lead a team charged with maintaining an inspirational and supportive work environment for nearly 1,000 employees across Canada as well as Brazil.
As a leader, Grace recognizes that employees are an organization’s most valuable assets and strongly believes in the importance of cultivating a high-performance environment by empowering employees and encouraging collaboration across all functional business areas. Among her many professional achievements, Grace is particularly proud of Cox Automotive Canada being named one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for 2020, recognizing the company’s efforts and pride in championing equality and diversity in the workplace.
Grace holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and has gathered a wealth of experience and exposure to a wide variety of industries that include technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and financial services. Her previous roles include positions with leading progressive and global organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline, Baxter, EMD Serono, Fidelity Investments, and Softchoice Corp.
She is also designated as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) in Leadership and Executive Coaching with the International Coaching Federation. Grace regularly spends time coaching senior executives and managers to assist them in strengthening their capabilities and leadership potential.
