At a very high level, can you describe the role you play at CAC?
As a District Manager of Inventory Solutions, I build positive relationships with our Dealer partners and act as a consulting partner for them. I provide them the support they need to grow their business and deliver Cox Automotive’s “one-stop shop” for all wholesale transactions.
What do you like most about your job?
I like the teamwork and partnership the company drives and achieving success with my fellow team members. I also really enjoy creating relationships and helping dealers grow their business.
How does CAC inspire you to go above and beyond the call of duty?
Being part of the Cox Automotive team doesn’t feel like “work,” it’s more like a pastime. When you have the support from such an open-minded company, you take your passion and you practice it everyday. Even if I need to answer dealer calls over the weekend, I pick up the phone to make sure they get the customer experience they expect from Cox Automotive.
What advice would you give a new CAC team member?
You are joining a company that will listen to you and be right here beside you to guide and support you. Be yourself and don’t be afraid to speak up.
