Cox Automotive Canada takes on NADA100

As the largest client event on the calendar, the National Automobile Dealers Association convention the best venue to showcase Cox Automotive’s leading products and services. And especially so this year with NADA celebrating its 100th-birthday, along with the Canadian Automotive Dealers Association celebrating their 75th anniversary.

To start with, I was particularly excited to see Cox Automotive Canada represented within the International Group for the first time at the show. Aligned with over 25 global brands from around the world, NADA100 was an opportunity to showcase and tell the story of our vast array of technology and services.

Our dedicated venue was a great location to connect comfortably with attendees, colleagues, and clients from around the world, to discuss how our brands and solutions are evolving while continuing to provide innovative ways to empower technology, harness data and transform their decision-making capabilities to drive their business forward.

And, not surprisingly, our space became the default “home away from home” for the record number of over 1,000 international NADA attendees that travelled to New Orleans, from as far away as Australia, the U.K, Brazil and of course, Canada.

Many of our Canadian clients I had the opportunity to speak with over the last few days were excited to hear about Cox Automotive Canada’s progress in 2016. We extended our Inventory solutions footprint, expanded our Retail Solutions offering with some exciting new products and strengthened our Financial Services businesses.

That said, as much as I was excited to attend many of the activities and events at NADA100, one of the highlights for Cox Automotive Canada at the convention was hosting a breakfast for our valued Canadian clients on the Friday morning with 35 very important clients from across Canada. The breakfast agenda included an overview of Cox Automotive Canada and its strategic direction moving forward.

Yes, the NADA convention can be a whirlwind. However, this year’s event impressed our guests and was incredibly productive for us all at Cox Automotive.

I am very proud of our company and what our team has accomplished so far. I am also excited about where we are heading together with our clients and partners in 2017 and beyond – leading the industry by transforming the way the world buys, sells and own cars.

Au revoir, New Orleans!
