Through the pillars of Education, Celebration and Inspiration, Cox Automotive Canada’s employee resource groups (ERGs) are open to all team members from all ethnic groups and genders who want to help promote inclusion, diversity and equity in a way that represents the Cox Automotive family-oriented culture and values – that is, encouraging team members to bring their true selves to work.

Our Women With Drive (WWD) and Black Employee Network (BEN) ERGs are committed to providing team members with a safe and positive environment to discuss ideas and thoughts around equality, as well as playing an active role in creating a better and more inclusive society for our future generations.

Women With Drive

Women with Drive exists to celebrate the work of women in the automotive industry. It is an inclusive movement built to support female achievements, aspirations and successes, with a ‘think big’ attitude and a space for every voice. Since our launch in November 2017 in Canada, our regular events have empowered everyone in the Cox Automotive team, championing equality and ambition both in and out of the workplace. We will continue to promote a diverse, positive workforce that has the power to inspire every member, and gives every woman the opportunity to reach her full potential.

The Black Employee Network

The Black Employee Network (BEN) is a Cox Automotive Canada employee resource group for any team member interested in better understanding and combatting anti-black and systemic racism. Through its three pillars of EducationCelebration and Inspiration, BEN provides a safe and positive environment to discuss ideas and thoughts around inclusion and equality and plays an active role in creating a better and more inclusive workplace and society for future generations.
