Mississauga, Ont.—February 27th, 2018—Two very talented Cox Automotive Canada team members are being recognized by Auto Remarketing Canada ahead of this year’s Women & Automotive: Canadian Leadership Forum, scheduled for March 29th at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, Ontario. Grace Kong, VP of Human Resources, Cox Automotive Canada, and Christine Bauer, Director, Dealer Services, Dealertrack Canada, are also both featured in the latest issue of Auto Remarketing Canada magazine.

Both Grace and Christine were interviewed for the January-February print edition of the Auto Remarketing Canada publication, which is available now. Their interviews, within the Women & Automotive: Profiles in Leadership articles, are also available on pages 11 and 15 of the magazine’s digital edition.

“Events like this one look to encourage the positive momentum we’re seeing when it comes to empowering women in the automotive industry,” said Maria Soklis, President of Cox Automotive Canada. “One of our company’s goals is to champion equality and ambition in and out of the workplace, so I am thrilled to see these 16 Canadian women – including our own Grace and Christine – being recognized by Auto Remarketing Canada.”

As two of the 16 Canadian auto industry leaders featured in the magazine, Grace and Christine join their female peers to discuss their approach to empowering employees, how other key leaders have influenced their style, and how observations during previous experiences in other industries have helped them in the car business.

Both women will be presented with awards during a recognition luncheon at next month’s Women & Automotive: Canadian Leadership Forum. A full rundown of the event has been posted online.
